Questions before applying
The most important answers for families: where to start, which documents to check, what is paid separately, and where EEC supports the student.
Short briefing
01 Which countries does EEC focus on?
EEC currently focuses on Poland, Italy, and Czechia. Each destination has its own deadlines, documents, study language, visa process, and arrival needs.
02 What happens during the first consultation?
EEC reviews the student’s grade or current education level, destination, field, study language, budget, deadlines, and documents. Then we outline a realistic application plan.
03 Can I order only one service, such as visa or housing?
Yes, but EEC first checks the destination, deadline, and documents. Some services depend on the wider application plan.
04 Why should Poland planning start early?
For Poland, certificate nostrification is critical and usually takes 2-3 months. A late start may affect October intake, visa submission, housing, and arrival.
05 Does EEC guarantee admission, visa, or grants?
No. EEC supports the process, prepares documents, helps with applications, and reduces errors, but decisions are made by universities, visa authorities, and grant committees.
06 Which costs are not included in the service package?
Consular fees, notary actions, translations, insurance, flights, housing, deposits, agent commissions, and university payments are usually calculated separately.
07 Why is post-arrival support needed?
The first days often include the airport, move-in, SIM card, transport, bank, address registration, the first university visit, and everyday questions. For parents, it brings visibility and reassurance. For students, it makes the first weeks abroad less chaotic.
08 Can a student study in English?
Yes, Poland and Italy have English-language programs. In Czechia, the main pathway is built around Czech because study at public universities in Czech may be free.
09 When should a graduate from Kazakhstan contact EEC?
Before the final deadline for the chosen country, and for Poland ideally right after receiving the school certificate or earlier for planning. There must be time for documents, translations, admission, visa slot, housing, and arrival.
10 What if the student has not chosen a country yet?
Start with a consultation. EEC compares Poland, Italy, and Czechia by language, documents, deadlines, budget, education level, and the student’s readiness for independent life.
11 Why does EEC not promote the USA, UK, or Asia?
EEC is building a focused European specialization: Poland, Italy, and Czechia now, with Germany possible later after partnerships and ready pathways are confirmed.
